très mauvaise gestion. surtout Sébastien, il ne se soucie pas du bâtiment et il traite très mal les gens autour de lui. la direction était meilleure avant son arrivé. Je ne recommande à personne d'y vivre!

Me gusta mucho este lugar. Está convenientemente sobre el centro comercial Alexis Nihon y el metro por lo que se puede ir al supermercado y a muchos lugares sin tener que salir durante el invierno.
Las instalaciones generalmente están limpias. Yo tuve una gotera en el baño pero vinieron a repararla de inmediato.
El personal administrativo, de limpieza y mantenimiento es muy amable y atento siempre.
Me gusta usar la alberca porque siempre la tienen a una buena temperatura y en buenas condiciones. Estoy satisfecha con el lugar.

Well-connected to the mall and the metro (you do not have to go outside in the winter months). Kinda old construction so soundproof walls but the interior is very 80's style. Management is Ok-ish though the new guy Sami always answers in-person, telephone, or email inquiries so 5 stars for his professional prompt attitude. One elevator is always broken so plan your leave at least 5 mins ahead. The pool is nice and clean. Carpeted hallways are kinda smelly (as I said, 80's style). Great Security team.

Now the serious issue that really made me leave this building is the frequent shutdown of hydro and water for " unknown reasons". No access to water became so common that I had had enough of it, though they do tell you well in advance. There's no water again from 8 am till 2 pm.

I have been a resident of Plazza Tower for more than 2 years. We've had some problems here about everything in the past, but fortunately, the new manager, Anne-Marie Hamelin, arrived and she fixed all the problems. I think now we have one of the best residences in Greater Montreal for sure! If you want to rent a nice and comfortable apartment, just come and see her. I appreciate her kindness?

Extremely old apartments that need a lot of work and renovation.

Room is very clean and room keeping does a great job organizing and cleaning everything.

The AC is old and does not work and I had to stay in warm and humid apartment for the whole duration of my stay, I was sweating all day everyday, it was a very unpleasant stay.
The TV is extremely small and is barely useable.
Most of the lights in room have to be manually turned on one at a time and are not connected to the main switch, in addition, I had a all orange (warm) bulbs and one white (cool) bulb that really bothers the vision, seems like it was installed because they ran out of regular bulbs.

Granted it is a very convenient location right above the shopping mall and practically in downtown, I am very disappointed with the quality and I would not recommend this place for your next stay in Montreal, especially considering the price point! Thank god my stay was only a short one.

WORST MANAGEMENT. Not what it used to be.
They asked me for an illegal deposit when i first got my appartment which i paid since i didn't know better. They let go of everyone in the old management during covid and hired a person called Sebastian. He knows nothing about customer service. I booked an appointment with him to transfer my lease he was 30 minutes late and told me it was my fault. He NEVER answers the phone when you give him a call. He tried to persuade the person i was subletting to not take my appartment. He owes me my initial deposit of over 1000$ and ive called and left messages and there is no one else to deal with. He will not call me back or pay me my money. I will be going to the regie de logement to get my rights back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
