I just had to write a review of Leah Bach and the service I received. This was my very first house purchase and Leah worked diligently to achieve my wish list. Although she also tempered my expectations by stating that in all likelihood I would not be able to find everything in my wish list at one property. This of course was understandable, but guess what? Leah managed to find a property with everything on my wish list; 1 bdrm, under 250k, close to shopping, near major thoroughfares, in suite laundry, pets allowed, low strata fees (under $250 monthly), top floor preferred, etc. Not only did I end up with a 1 bdrm and den on the top floor with a strata fee of just $210, but Leah also negotiated and I got the place for 15K below the asking price! How is that possible in this market? Anyway, I can't say enough about the incredible job, Leah did, absolutely amazing! Save your time, effort and money and hire Leah Bach as your realtor. Seriously, she is the best in the business!
