If you enjoy Illegal Rent increases, plus Top-ups, constant water issues & a sever lac of maintenance... This is right up your alley! I've lived here for too long... Famous lines " It's nothing personal, Just business... Make sure if you live here to keep copies of everything & sign nothing that goes against the LTB laws!

I was really disappointed with the management, not loyal and cheated their tenants with not giving their first month deposit. Promised me they will give the money but never it didn’t happen. I had referred many of my friends, but I will do never again.

Lived here for almost a year now and the managers are all fantastic! I live the family oriented activities they do and could not be happier. I put in a repair request and I was only in the door of my apartment for 5 minutes before someone came knocking to fix it !

Terrible place to live. Super expensive and management is terrible. They are notorious for fraud and display lack of morals and respect towards their tenants. I believe management should be reviewed and new management should take place. This is ridiculous.
