This is very bad system. Have to use on demand everyday. Not having access to public transit on weekends is very inconvenient. At this point I feel like someone should actually start private transit and they will make good money. On demand is actually a joke. Many people have different reasons for not driving. I am amongst them n all I get to hear is I should start driving. Just because the officials have decided not do their job properly doesn't mean I have to accommodate them. I am very very very disappointed and can not wait to get out of this town.

Had an on demand bus book for 845 to get to work. The bus was late and another woman came and stood there to wait too. It was 8:56 at this point, I went to get on as she was getting on and the bus driver stopped me rudely and said I still had to wait. Absolutely ridiculous, I was going to be late for work! So I canceled and got an Uber instead. I booked this bus days ahead. Have taken the bus a couple times now and only had one polite driver. So I'm giving two stars only because Holly was nice and informative. Do yourself a favor and find other means to get around leduc.

Today I booked on demand at 8:20 . I was standing at the bus stop no #115. The bus passed but he did not see me . He ignored me . Not good service

charged me $90 for a bus pass they never sent me, told me if i wanted to ride i should go beg for change, and left me stranded 30 minutes from home.

Leduc Transit offers a great service! I’ve been using their route 1 from the park and ride since the beginning of this school term and it’s been awesome. Nice clean busses, great punctuality, and a convenient route taking me right to the LRT at century park.
I hope they will expand the hours of the service eventually as they are unfortunately limited to peak hours, but it’s great to have regardless!
