I lived here for 4 years and it was pretty good up until a year or so ago. It’s good for families because there are kids everywhere, I sadly couldn’t get 1 day of quiet in my place.
Big tip: don’t pick the apartment next to the stairwell, you will hear the door slam constantly and kids running up and down the stairs. As well as the beeping alarm in the hall that management doesn’t seem to want to deal with and will go off for 2-3 weeks at a time constantly.
FYI, rent is raised every renewal and they will ask you to top up your damage deposit so it matches the rent.
Snow removal is pretty good for the sidewalks but don’t think the parking lot will get done much, snow is removed 2-3 times in the parking lot for all of winter.
Another tip, if you choose to live here, try to get the bottom floor because the one elevator almost never works. It’s either booked out or it’s broken.
I know this seems like I’m complaining which it sort of is but it’s true and I experienced all of it.

Tenants are very polite, never had an issue with anybody here. The company that manages the condos are a nightmare. Fire alarms have regularly went off for hours, elevators are constantly out of order, and it feels like every other week our buildings water is getting shut off for maintenance. They have a long way to go.

Edit:
after a mandatory removal of vehicles for a parking garage cleaning, I got a ticket from the management company for parking in an area we were asked too in the first place. Serious issues with this place, yikes. Steer clear.

Edit #2:
Contacted my landlord, got the ticket removed and was told everything was cleared up as of yesterday. Today, there was another mandatory removal of vehicles from the parking garage where we were once again told to park in visitor parking, and street parking if it was full. WELL, they decided to schedule this the same day there was street sweeping during the exact same time frame (8am-5pm) which means visitor parking was my only option. Any guesses what happened? If you guessed I got ticketed again, you'd be correct! I was even ticketed DURING the timeframe (as shown in the photo). Every time, its for not validating my plate for visitor parking, which you literally CAN NOT DO IF YOU ARE A TENANT. Can you guys get it together or should I seriously just give up hope on a functioning condo company who does more then hand out tenants tickets for following your instructions?

We moved in a week ago - we are in our mid seventies. Two elevators don't work and we had to lug everything up - we had to pay to lock an elevator which didn't work and our furniture got damaged and we still had to pay the $150.00 and we had to pay the furniture store $100.00 because they were furious having to carry all the furniture up to the 3rd floor. To top it all off we parked in the loading zone today and they gave us a fine! Don't move here

The condo is complete garbage. They lied to us about getting free internet and cable on the ad. Said it only comes in certain buildings. The police are constantly there for crime, it’s absurd how much violence is there, there’s been stabbing and fights and couples screaming at each other every night. The buildings are built EXTREMELY cheap, I’m almost sure there’s zero soundproofing between floors. They put notices up for inspections saying to MUST be home between the hours of 1-3 pm on a Thursday or the will fine you $150 for a locksmith which is illegal to do. The management group is a complete joke. I had a few personal items in my parking stall and they emailed me and gave me half an hour to come get them out and when I got there they were already in the garbage which is also HIGHLY illegal to do. Marianne Farkas their leasing administrator is probably one of the sketchiest people I’ve met, full of promises but no delivery. They expect so much out of the tenant. Typical greasebag property management group. DO NOT RENT HERE, if I could give this less than one star rating I would. Read the rest of the reviews and see, it’s a total dump.

The parking system is a fiasco. Rent this apartment only if you're planning to live alone without visits.

The bus is not really an option for people to visit you since its basically at the end south of Calgary. Your friend may only visit you 9 times per month. They say it's because otherwise it would be considered a "resident" LOL. The staff is horrible and impolite as all of the signs they leave around the building. This place is not welcoming at all and makes it really clear that they'll try to make as much money as they can from you for anything they can think of.

This is the only place I've lived where it's very hard for you to feel at home.

These condos are just terrible. I stayed here to see my family for a week for Christmas, and I have to say that this place was poorly built. The builder used the cheapest installs. The washer and dryer are pretty standard which is what you would normally find in most units in Calgary. But oh the dishwasher... that one was a blast. Literally, it sounds like something is blowing up in there. Also, the walls are paper thin, so I recommend wearing earplugs. Not only that, it is so far from everything. You must have a car to go anywhere. If you want something quiet and well-built go somewhere else. You might have to pay a little bit more, but it is so worth it.

I rented a condo. Worst place ever. The condo people like to spy on us...send us threatening letters and emails. They are never in the office at reasonable working hours, and are just plain awful. The company uses cheap Chinese materials that when I had to replace something as simple as a light bulb the people at the hardware store were genuinely surprised something so cheap existed. Buying the lowest grade item was somehow an improvement to the condo. The absolute worst thing I can say is that despite keeping my unit in impeccable condition, I was charged for random and unnecessary "damage repair". I fully believe that they were trying to rip me off. I only got half my deposit back (after arguing with them on the phone and getting SOME of my money back) and if I were a more vindictive person I would have taken the condo board to court. I will never recommend that someone buy or rent a place here.
