I moved into Building 4000 in December 2023 and had a fantastic experience. Raquel, the community manager, was excellent, friendly, professional, and always helpful. She took the time to show me several units so I could choose the one that suited me best. I ended up selecting a corner unit on the 3rd floor, and it was perfect for my needs. Spacious, with a large kitchen and the two bedrooms I was looking for.

Raquel's communication was outstanding. She was always responsive and proactive whenever I had a question or needed assistance. The amenities were also great, there is also a small gym but I didn't use it. I appreciated the convenience of underground parking, the option to rent a storage unit, and the pet-friendly policy that allowed me to have my dog with me.

The community was well ran, with friendly neighbors, and everything was easy to access. I would have happily renewed my lease if I hadn’t been looking for a larger townhome. Overall, I was impressed with how well the property was managed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free rental experience.

My boys and I we are very happy to moved here Nov 01, very spacious apartment 2 bedrooms 2 full bathroom top floor, very clean, people are very welcoming, when we were moving our stuff people offered to help. Underground parking very convenient most in winter time. The community in this apartment complex is super friendly and kind.
Raquel, the community manager, was very helpful with my appointment to view the apartment. And also with the process of documentation and the walk-through plus booking the elevator everything was on time and adjusted with my availability schedule, was fast, efficient , very professional and a very nice person.

If there is a place we can call home, it would be these apartments. The new manager Raquel is an expert in keeping the building clean and making sure the residents follow the rules. She also speaks several languages ​​and helps the community a lot. Since she arrived, the positive change in the building has been felt. Any questions or concerns Raquel fixes immediately.
It is a quiet, peaceful place where we feel like family.

Great place to live. Very quiet, good facilities and above all excellent management, Raquel is a great manager, and she speaks both English and Spanish. I lived there for 2 years and I have no complaints. Stores nearby, Sobeys, Winners, Dollarama and a great variety of restaurants. A great place to call home.
