Nice house and tight security.A School located in the area quiet streets and a small park for kids some parts under construction because the residential areas is not entirely complete. Great service for house few for sale and others soon to open 15 minutes drive to the nearest mall and 25 to CBD. Open streets house with fencing and carport

I bought a house in 2019, was very excited. I noticed that one set of windows does not have burglar proofs only this year and notified the developer. They tell me I was supposed to pick up when I was moving in that there were no burglars on one set of windows. The house is out of warranty and they wont help. My concern here is that there wouldn't have been a warranty on burglar proofs as they were not installed in the first place. They are refuding an opportunity to right their wrong.

Horrible treatment, roof leaks that you report and are not attended. House still registered as vacant land rather than residential and your water bills don't make sense because someone at central development is not doing their job.

The best decision I ever made was to buy a property at Leopards Rest. I can sleep without fear, knowing my family is safe. No transport for my kids as they walk to school. I was very impressed by how the 2 ladies, Nthabiseng and the lady in reception were so helpful when I experienced difficulties with my gyeser not heating up the water. More especially how they were communicating throughout the whole process. House number 5670 Road 2.

i love my property and area big tym. however they need to make a 2nd gate to avoid congestion in the morning from these school transport drivers that hit stop signs and dont adhere to the complex speed limits (7:00 to 8:am is a crazy period!!
