As a neighbour living nearby, I’ve been watching the transformation of this building, and I have to say—it’s impressive! The new owners have clearly put a lot of love and effort into the renovations. Everything has been redone from top to bottom, and the results speak for themselves.
The balconies are absolutely stunning—made entirely of aluminum, they’re some of the nicest in the area. Inside, I’ve had a peek at the new kitchens and bathrooms, and all I can say is “wow.” Modern, clean, and stylish.
It’s great to see this kind of investment in the neighbourhood. I honestly can’t wait for the opportunity to rent here myself!
