We required a property appraisal for Trinity United Church in Fort Macleod. Our appraiser, Jim, came to the property and did a thorough inspection. We were very impressed with his knowledge of church structures and there function.He was in constant contact with us through the whole procedure guiding us with lots of advice from his years of experience. I highly recommend using Lethbridge Property Appraisal. Jim went over and above to accommodate my needs when appraising my rural property, even shoveling in when I couldn’t be there for family reasons. Graydon did his best to help us meet our deadline which is awesome! However, he seemed very ignorant. Also, he didn't take into consideration the area we lived in. He way underestimated the amount we are able to rent out our house for. We have people all around the block with lesser value and smaller house that are renting out for way more than he evaluated. When I tried to tell him a bit about that, he acted as if I was wasnt even there or talking to him.
The quick service is why I have the third star 👍
