-Unprofessional and Biased Management-

-The management here doesn’t treat everyone equally. If you’re not Canadian-born, don’t expect the same respect or fairness. Some rules apply to you differently — and the way things are handled makes that very clear.

-The manager’s tone feels dismissive and selective, and there’s a clear lack of professionalism when addressing concerns. Subtle, but not hard to notice when you’ve experienced it firsthand.

-Would not recommend to anyone expecting fair and respectful treatment.

Good community to reside in for new immigrants to start fresh! The Capreit management is polite, responsive, and understanding, quickly attending to residents' needs.

We have been searching for the most affordable apartment in South Regina and found that Lewvan village is the most reasonable one. Besides for the fact that the office and maintenance staff are helpful and courteous in dealing with our needs, their service is immediate and they response to our emails right away.
Ronald and Elver really did their job at the maintenance department, Thanks to Ms. Wanda Morrice from the office, she is very reliable.
Our windows has a problem and needs to be fix right away and they did.
I think its worth to live in Lewvan Village especially to newcomers like me.

Honestly the apartments are nice and a great price. But the service calls are HORRIBLE. I haven’t had a fridge in almost 12 hours because it stopped running. Called them immediately as soon as I realized and no one has come to fix it. I have over $1000 dollars of food in my fridge/freezer that’s going bad. Like come on. It’s that hard to send someone out. Now because of this I have to go spend more money on food that should be replaced by the company.

Update, I called the Regina office this morning as I called the emergency number in the first place since it was an after hours issue. And they replaced the fridge. I still think it was unacceptable as to how it was all handled. And I did leave a review on the page with the number that I called outlining everything.
They really need to step up their service calls. As prior this incident we didn’t have a stove for 6 months.

I honestly don’t think it’s this particular office it’s definitely the “emergency& after hours call” number where the issue lays. They don’t care. The Regina office I’ve never had an issue with, after explaining what has happened in the other office they are quick to fix their mistakes

This property management are not working with professionalism. They are just blaming each other on their words, service, renting and lying to customers. They are manipulating customers and waste their valuable time and without inform previous applicants they accept new rental on same apartment.
