How can I describe just what Lexie brought as my Realtor to my home selling and buying experience? She coordinated, organized and advised, and brought everything together to make it happen. Her staging team were awesome and helped make the experience of selling as painless as it could be…Let’s face it, moving home is a daunting and stressful experience. Where do you start? Sounds corny, but Lexie really knew just what we needed to get started and she helped make it happen. Lexie was incredible to work with! My partner and I are first time home buyers and we weren’t sure what to expect from the process, especially during Covid! Lexie made us feel more comfortable than ever, both with health and safety seeing homes during a pandemic, and with the home buying process. She really listened to our criteria and offered a lot of advise when we weren’t sure or a bit hesitant. Lexie was an amazing realtor to work with as she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we were first time home buyers. Purchased a home and then sold ours, both through Lexie. We are very happy with our new home (bungalow - can live on one level if need be). Despite selling our existing home in a week (staging really helped) it wasn’t a cake walk as our first offer while reasonable in price was suspect in other regards and our second offer was a lowball offer. Lexie gave us good advice on how to handle both situations until a serious offer was made and a deal done.
Her calm demeanour and measured advice helped us stay calm and positive. She also referred us to a lawyer and an individual who could help us with the bridge financing which is a good idea because they have a lot more at stake then just satisfying our needs.
