Still dealing with this shady crew.
Nothing ever gets done. Wanted me to sign a new lease. Wouldn't.
Then big man mo, said he was going to evict us.
Really helps if you know the tenancy laws if your going to pretend to be the boss.
Hope he enjoys his new Residency now that he Scrounged up a new company in a week to stay here.
Unprofessional, unreasonable, horrible communication skills. Always has an excuse about homeowners, but in reality too lazy to do anything
I really hope people do their research and not waste the money.

Slumlords - don't sign any lease with them! They protect their friends who inhabit the units they rent and ensure that anyone else has a horrible experience living there. I've contacted a previous tenant to the space I'm currently in and she said she had the same issues. They never get resolved and they will gaslight you in telling you that they've 'never had this problem before'. The apartments they rent are expensive, small, and cheaply built.
My advise would be stay clear of this company and the landlords! They spend so much money on their cars and offices to give the impression of success, but it's all a front for their shady practices renting out units.

These people are crooks.
They came last July when so many people got flooded, supposedly determined the problem, and tore our family room, washroom, and laundry room apart.
Supposedly determined the problem with consultation with their so called plumber Ryan who does work for them and 4 floods later, I got rid of these people and found out our sub pump was dead after Ryan said it was working and I contracted out myself and saved originally 7000.00 until we had to buy a new sub pump.
Finally got our home back in order in April 2024, and my husband's expensive speaker legs on his speaker after they took them away to test is missing..
Kim the manager is no longer returning my calls.
Not good people at all.
Stay away.
They don't care about anything but money.

Great company. Our basement flooded and Puroclean was recommended by a friend. They showed up quickly, cleaned it up, and got it dry. The project manager, Kim, is very professional and explained everything thoroughly.

I did not use this company for the repair/rebuild, so I can't comment on that part of their business. But as far as damage mitigation, communication, and professionalism is concerned, I am very happy to recommend this team.

Hired by Insurance to show up and assess the damages, Sam showed up promptly with his crew. They cleaned and he assessed. It took them a week to put everything back together and they showed up every morning at the same time and worked away. I did work with Sam directly for timing and availability by text. Josh, Tony, Amanda, and a few other guys were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I will continue to work with this crew when needed.

The guy that come to fix it was wonderful. I would have like better customer service with a call back to let me know that they couldnt come when I was 1st told they were. Its fix no leak I am happy!
