The team of Steve, Marla, Paul, Elle, Peter and Faye did an incredible job from start to finish. They were clear about the marketing plan. Within the first 11 days we had an open house and 10 showings which resulted in an offer we accepted and closed with inspection done in 21 days from start to finish. They had a colour brochure for prospective buyers. Dedicated website with photos and video that showed the property so well.

Steve and Marla are quite the team! Professional to the highest degree, they know exactly what they're doing. Once we made the decision to list the house, things moved rapidly. They brought in their excellent stager and then their amazing photographers. There is no substitute for great marketing when selling your home. Steve, Marla, Todd, Faye, Peter - the whole team did an excellent job. Getting the photography and staging done 7 months in advance of the listing was quite the investment by Lifestyles North and much appreciated. The market evaluation was right on with the appraisal we had done privately and the estimated time it would take to sell in the current market also spot on. For every showing someone from Lifestyles was here to help in explaining the details of the house and property and provided timely feedback. The promotion covered social media, back page of a targeted home owners magazine, and the large point of purchase sign with full colour picture drew a lot of attention.
Great local knowledge and experience is essential and Lifestyles has it in spades. Needless to say we are very pleased with our relationship with the Lifestyles team and the resulting sale of our home.
