My colleague picked this condominium and has been coming here for years. I first stayed in 308 and it was an inferno. So hot. Aspen is getting hotter and hotter and while other places have added window ac’s or alternative AC, Lift One offers 2 fans only that are $10.00 box fans from Walmart. People had to open their door for air which is insane to me. It’s also incredibly noisy and the parking lot was really hard to park my SUV with everyone else’s SUV. I then transferred to 302. My colleague came and when told she was only allowed 2 fans, called the manager into the unit and showed her the thermostat which said 90 degrees!!! With fans in every window running 24/7 the unit never went below 76. As I said, the heat is here to stay and Lift One needs to upgrade and face that climate change is here. Apparently there has been a change of staff and the place is really outdated and run down. The location is great but everything is so close iit wouldn’t matter to be a few blocks either direction. Yes, it is cheaper than some places but it’s also more than others.|It’s overpriced for what is offered and I feel there is no sincerity in making guest comfortable. Everyone on the third floor was complaining about the heat, noise, and the pool was never covered at night which some folks told me is illegal. I don’t know about that but it’s another thing to consider.

I had a great extended day. Lovely place with a heated pool, large rooms by Aspen standards, and it's a 5 min walk from Aspen Mountain and then the free RFTA buses are only 2 blocks away and will take you to the other 3 mountains. If you're in it for skiing, This is a nice place to be a ski bum for 1 or 2 months. Thanks and hope to stay again next time.

306 Is a great place. Everything you want in a rental. Location, comfort and accessibility. Fully stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Walkable to everything.|This is a beautiful end unit with a wraparound porch useable no matter the weather. A sunny winter day or a hot summer day. It has large windows with great natural light. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the chair lift as well as on the direct bus line to Snowmass and Highlands. We have been renting unit 306 for many years and will continue to do so.

We booked a top floor unit for four nights and enjoyed an actual wood burning fireplace — a true rarity these days!! The unit was spacious, with a balcony facing the slopes as well as a low rise modern linear apartment block. While close to the slopes and a lift, the walk is slightly uphill and for us 75 plus year olds, somewhat tiring!! Downtown Aspen was in easy walking distance, and parking was readily available in the condo’s outdoor parking lot. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant.

A very convenient location for skiing with 4 blocks to the Gondola or 3 blocks (somewhat uphill) to Lift 1. Also easy access to Rubey Park bus station making all 4 mountains very close. There is a bus drop off right at the condo building on your way home. There are a little older condos but with regular improvements through time that make them most comfortable. Extremely helpful staff. World class, large Hot Tub. Nice fireplaces with ample wood and fire starters. Great daily maid service. Full kitchen utensils. Was perfect match for a stress free and productive vacation.

The place is run-down and offers no privacy whatsoever. Walls are thin and you can hear the people in the units next door, whose beds abut the wall of your bed…nearly head to head. The heating system is side-base-board heating. It takes about 6 hours to raise the temperature inside by a few degrees. Inside you will find wall-paper peeling, a small TV set, sporadic internet, low light bulbs, and the voices of neighbors. On the positive side, the staff is nice and if you ask for a space heater, they might be able to find you one. Funny to use a space heater in a one thousand dollar/night hotel room.

I am an Aspen local and have always loved the Lift one Condominiums. I always reserve a condo there when my family comes to visit! The units are roomy and the condo's and grounds well maintained. Great convenience of full kitchen's, pool and Jacuzzi. Wonderful restaurant "row" 2 block's away so you'll never miss a meal and a wonderful restaurant directly across the street if you want to stick close by. The Lift One Condominiums are also super convenient to the core mall area of Aspen as well as the Lift 1A access to skiing Aspen Mountain allowing you to avoid the Gondola Plaza if you already have your ski pass. They are conveniently located near the main bus plaza to catch the bus to all 4 mountains! If you have a car, travel is easy in and easy out without having to trek through the streets of downtown Aspen during peak season. The onsite managers, Mary and her husband (name slipped my mind- I believe it's "Buck"?) are originally from the East Coast and are wonderful people and very helpful. On top of it, the prices are very fair and economical. Great place to house a family or a few couples on a budget without feeling like you're in a budget motel!

Nos hemos hospedado dos veces en este hotel porque cumple con las mejores expectativas de tu propia casa en Aspen, sintiéndote ademas en el corazón del pueblo. Los cuartos no son muy grandes pero si tienen todas las comodidades necesarias, piensa que mas que un hotel, es un hogar. Definitivamente no es lujoso, no es grande pero sí muy cómodo, muy cálido, muy buen servicio y justo lo que necesitas después de varias horas de hacer ejercicio en una de las mejores estaciones de esquí de Estados Unidos. Totalmente recomendado Sobre todo si vas a ir con amigos o con familia ya que tener varios cuartos sala y cocina completa es el complemento perfecto para unas vacaciones en grupo inolvidables. Cada condominio es diferente en decoracion y distribucion por lo q antes de pagar Te recomendaría pidieras que te enviaran varias opciones de Departamentos disponibles y tú elijas la que más te convenga.
