Linden is an atrocious management company. I have years of experience in condos, as well as renting homes, and I know what a good management company looks like. I've dealt with some excellent ones. Linden is anything but excellent. Robyn, the president, is extremely rude and condescending. She may need to remember that she works for condo owners, not the other way around. They make up rules that are fully inconsistent with bylaws. They are wholly incompetent and should be avoided at all costs. The other reviews here are consistent with what I have experienced (and readers should always be wary of reviews containing large amounts of 1 stars mixed with some 5 stars).

Just read Linden’s responses to all of their terrible reviews. This is all you need to know. This is how they behave; they have shown who they are. Argumentative and truly unprofessional. Need a serious attitude adjustment and training in the very basics of client service. Stay away from this company.

I live in at 80 carriage road and my car window glass was broken by someone and stole everything from inside the car. Police asks for cctv footage but this building doesn’t even have one camera. I asked management to at least get camera installed in parking a lot. They say, they have been asking linden management to install but they are not doing it. AT LEAST HAVE SOME CAMERAS INSTALL IN PARKING A LOT TO STOP THESE SUCH THEFT.

My first experience with Linden Real Estate Services, has been an unpleasant one. In addition to my first experience every other one subsequently has also been unpleasant. I am speaking of the company not its employees. If you are a building owner or a condo board I would think twice.

Please understand I never... ever.. was in default or had issues or had an issue with condo fees previous to Linden ridge real-estate services taking over..

The previous Management company had my email address, my mailing address and my cell phone number. ONLY and ONLY until Linden Real estate service took over were there issues, and only because they did not do their job they were paid to do. .

If Ackman remained as a property manager there would never have been an issue. As soon as the new company took over Linden real estate.
they never followed the existing communication avenues registered. A.. Long story short if if was not for Linden Ridge Real estate services there would have not been any issues. They said they did what they were hired to do and at that they failed. The owner of Linden real estate services said that Ackman never gave them my contact information... but then when they LINDEN REAL ESTATE Services needed a water meter reading ALL of a sudden they had all of my email addresses and mailing addresses to send a request for a water meter reading.

I AM ADDING IN CAPS TO SEPORATE ONE POSTE TO ANOTHER. I HAD TO SELL MY CONDO TO ESCAPE THIS COMPANY. PREVIOUSLY THE OTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY ONCE A YEAR BOOKED A SEWER INSPECTION. LINDEN NEVER BOOKED AN INSPECTION, 3 DAYS AGO THE NEW OWNER STATED COMPLAINING. LINDEN SENT A PLUMBER WHO BLAIMED THE AIR CONDITIONER. ANOTHER CONDO IWNER HAD TO HIRE A PRIVATE PLUMBER WHO FOUND THE CLOG IN THE MAIN SEWER LINE.
LET ME REPEAT THAT A CONDO OWNER HAD TO HIRE A PRIVATE COMPANY TO SHOW IT WAS NOT THEIR SUITE OR ANYONE ELSES. LINDWN FAILED THE CONDO BOARD AND THE XONDO OWNERS.

I have lived in two condominiums in which Lorraine was the Property Manager. Both of the buildings were well run and maintained. The issues in the buildings were handled quickly and effectively. In my experience, communication was timely and thorough. The condo AGMs were handled professionally as Lorraine is very knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. Recently, I reached out to Linden for some advice on creating new policies for my new condominium (the property manager is not Linden, unfortunately), and Lorraine didn't hesitate to provide me with some feedback. I am pretty impressed.

Crime in city is not under your control we know but YOU CAN INSTALL CCTV CAMERAS IN PARKING ALOT ATLEAST AT 80 CARRIAGE ROAD. People pay to park here, isn’t it private property? CCCTV CCTV CCTV

Liz Riley, who was the Property 'Manager' of my previous condo building was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and biased toward approval of a building project onsite (which was not permitted by city by laws).
I suppose this sort of role doesn't require education of any kind, but some kind of competency should be required.

Beware, beware, beware. The city can be your ally if any situation arises

The project was most certainly in violation of city bylaws, and I have a reference number from a 311 call to prove it.
I notice you were unsuccessful in removing this review, which is unsurprising. Nearly every single review of this company shows how incompetent they are .

Wow. I’m stumped. Some of these reviews just don’t make sense. I figure I’ll add my 2 cents to this thread:
I’ve had a professional relationship with linden property management for approximately 10 yrs now. I own a painting company, and do the majority of their requests for the properties the manage.
Firstly, the properties I’ve worked on/in, have, for the majority, been clean, well kept, residences. Whether they’re apartments or single dwelling units. Myself or my guys have never encounter bed bugs or any of those other gross insects you find in the “not so nice” places.
Secondly, the caretakers that I work with for scheduling etc are all professional and courteous. They take pride in their responsibilities and the apartments and common areas are always kept up.
Thirdly, the staff themselves at linden. After 10years, you kinda get to know a company, and how they perform. I can say with complete honesty that I’ve NEVER had ANY issues with these people. EVER. I’ve always been paid when I’m supposed to be, they never give BS excuses to myself or my staff. They’re always open and upfront with us, and even accommodate when schedules conflict. The other property management companies aren’t as lenient with this I’ve found.
So yeah, my sole reason for this review is to try and set the record straight in regards to this company. If I wasn’t a home owner, I’d rent from this company in a second. And to back up that claim, I helped my daughter and boyfriend get an apartment in a property that linden manages, where they lived for 2 years without any issues.
