We bought a house a couple of years ago in North Oakville and are very happy with our choice of builder, Lindvest. Compared to other builders in the area, Lindvest offered a much better layout for the 38-lot community. Our lot’s highlights include an open concept design, and a handy corner office, all of which have made living here enjoyable.

During our pre-delivery inspection (PDI), we had several issues noted. The builder addressed many of them promptly, but the big ticket item took a few years to resolve. We stayed in regular contact with the builder, often hearing that they would “look into it.” Finally, this year, after some management and staffing changes, real progress was made.

Special thanks go to Dale, Tom, and Dean. Dale kept us updated via email on the repair schedule and overall PDI status. On the day repairs started, Tom arrived punctually with his team and worked thoroughly to ensure a professional job. Dean checked in multiple times and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Tom also made sure new sod was installed quickly, and Dean verified that everything was in good order with no further issues. Their dedication made a noticeable difference.

I own a Suite in Building 'A' of Connectt Condos in Milton. I had submitted my year-end Warranty form with pending items. Site Customer Care Coordinator GovindarJit was very quick in responding. He explained in detail and corrected pending deficiencies in reasonable and professional manners.I am very satisfied with services provided by Govindar and his handyman Perry. Both Govindar and Perry are assets to Lindvest/Milteron Developments.

We are very satisfied with the prompt and professional way Lindvest specifically Len and his team addressed the issues in our condo unit.

We had a squeaky tub, and the team went above and beyond by removing it and installing a brand new one. Our AC was not cooling efficiently in all areas, and they quickly identified and fixed the airflow so every room now feels comfortable. We also had a door that was not sealed properly, which let in air and caused noise — they sealed it perfectly and the problem is completely gone.

Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We truly appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to making sure we’re happy in our home. Thank you for your excellent service!

We bought a condo through Connectt Condos in Milton.
There was a leak from the ceiling, which was from the unit above us. I contacted the property management and experienced a great deal of ordeal. I contacted Lindvest and was able to get in touch with Govindar.
Govindar patiently explained the process in detail and he offered a courtesy repair and his handyman Perry fixed the damage on the ceiling. Did a very neat job and he was professional. The repair work was done very quickly.
