Since moving in last November we have had a wonderful experience here. The apartment building is well kept and close to many amenities. It’s a very convenient location for seniors. Athena has been very helpful and kind. We appreciate her quick response time and friendly nature.

I have been living here for only about 6 months but let me tell you this place is by far the best apartment I have ever rented.

Everyone here are so nice, friendly and the hallways are kept clean and quiet leaving your home the feeling of a place to relax and unwind after a stressful day outside from home.

Not to mention it is Pet-Friendly too which is a rare occurrence in any modern apartment these days.

Management is so friendly and is always willing to help you with any issues you need to be resolved. I had an issue with my doorknob and it only took maintenance 30 kins after receiving my work order before to came to my door and fix the issue.

Definitely recommend making this place your next home

We have lived here almost 7 years. We find it very comfortable and being seniors handy to stores that we need to walk to. The staff are the best that we have had. The place is what you make it. If you have problems go to the staff and they will do what they can. They are humans and need respect.

After selling my house I considered buying an apartment but since I had never lived in an apartment I felt it would probably be a good idea to rent first before buying. I have 2 small dogs and needed a place that would be good for all 3 of us. Loved the location of Link as it is in a great location with lots of amenities close by. Lots of walking paths as well. I have just completed my first year of living there and signed on to stay for another year. I have found living here to be very comfortable, warm and friendly. Catherine, the resident manager, has been fantastic to deal with. I have heard about the previous resident manager and have been told that since Catherine’s arrival there has been a huge difference in how the building is ran - for the positive. Just last Friday Catherine, Fiona and the Killam crew threw a tenant bbq which was well attended by residents.
I find that most people who are happy with the way things are going you don’t hear from. Most times it’s the negative people who share their experience. I like to give Kudos where deserved!!

Moved to Edmonton not too long ago and I love it here. It's nice, clean and quiet, big enough. Athena has been a joy to know and I have felt welcomed into my new community. Love the location and the many walking trails that I enjoy with my daughter.

I lived here for 2 year and it was a nightmare. Hidden charges you don’t know about, and always a problem with something. Plus when I moved out they took half of my deposit and no explanation. ( cost me more to move out then I got back…. With move out cleaners and carpet cleaners) Definitely don’t recommend it to anyone. But if you’re going on looks then this is the only positive thing I have to say about the place.

Ever since the new building manager had taken over, it's been an absolute delight.

In comparison to the previous manager, it's night and day!

Catherine is such a sweet lady.
She's taking a lot of steps to ensure residents are comfortable, safe and happy in their homes.
From window cleanings, to kitchen maintenance and toilet replacements.
None of this had be done previously and with Catherine as the manager, we finally feel like we're being taken care of.
Thank you Catherine, for all your hard work! It's truly appreciated!
