This adventure started when Martha found a condo for my daughter, husband and granddaughter. It was a great experience for them. So we started thinking this might be the life for us. So it began... We looked at a few, not our choice, so off we went to spend the winter in Florida, and not thinking too much about a condo until we returned in April.

But Martha used her magic and found one for us, did a video chat with our daughter to show us the condo, and we really liked it... So the process began. We listed and sold our house and bought our condo while in Florida, all by email, etc. We were a bit skeptical but Martha walked us through it (thank God she had lots of patience). A little nerve wracking, but all went well. We have never bought a home without looking at it, or ever sold a home without being there.

We are very happy with our experience.
