Andrea is a very professional, caring person who takes her job finding the right home for her client very seriously. I haven't bought a home in over 30 years and she made me feel comfortable to do so with her help with timelines and paperwork. She was always only a phone call away. She is very knowledgeable on the market and when my new home came on the market on a Sunday of a long weekend and there was no hesitation to book me a viewing on the same day. Nicky Kaufman was critical to our success in selling our St. Albert condo! Her advice on pricing and marketing the property got us a quick sale at a fantastic price. The market for condos remains a bit more challenging than for other properties, and Nicky ensured the MLS listing emphasized the best features of the property and it drew in potential buyers.
