Met Dave many yrs ago through a rental
Property we had for daughter at university. A few yrs later when deciding to move to Guelph used his realty services to obtain a condo then last month sold condo using Dave and his team again! Dave helped my partner and I buy our first home. It's hard to find words to describe how happy we are with the experience. From sharing our experience with friends, it's clear that he helped us out in ways that went far above and beyond other realtors. We felt well taken care of, regardless of budget, and it was very comforting working with somebody with such a vast wealth of knowledge on real estate. Scott has been very helpful as well. He's always there for help with the financial side of things and displays the same wealth of knowledge for his area of expertise. We sold and bought with Dave and Andrew. They are friendly, available to answer questions and knowledgeable about the market as well as mortgage information (thanks to Scott as well). They supported our sale by having Heidi come and do some staging which was thorough and very helpful. Andrea’s team then came in to do a thorough clean before pictures were done. Andrew and Dave supported every step along the way with such a supportive team. Jodi is an amazing and helpful support as well with questions, scheduling and keeping track of all of the details. They even scheduled Andrea’s team to clean the new house before we move in and to come and clean the house we are moving out of before the new owner takes possession! They have not missed any details.
This team goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend using their services. Their personal touch and openness makes the challenge of selling and buying a home a more human process that is supported by a kind, caring and knowledgeable team of really good people. You cannot go wrong with this team!
