My husband and I recently sold our condo and subsequently purchased our new home with Courtney. Being on both sides of the transaction with Courtney I can safely say that I don’t want to work with any other realtor for the rest of my life!

Courtney made herself available to us any time we wanted to view properties. She was always on time and gave us amazing information on things to look for when purchasing a new home. We looked everywhere from south Calgary out to Airdrie and she never had an issue showing us anything we wanted to see. She also recommended amazing building inspectors and other trades that we needed prior to presenting an offer. She has a wonderful network of trades on hand for any advice or work needed.

When it came time for negotiations I couldn’t have been more thankful we had Courtney on our side. She really went to bat for us and always had our best interests as her priority.

On the other side of the transaction she was equally as amazing to work with as a seller. She gave us great advice on how the condo would be best presented, staging recommendations and even brought over a few personal items for staging to add that extra special touch.

Once again, during the offer and negotiation stage she was truly incredible, working behind the scenes and late into the night to get the deal done for us.
