Our experience with LivinLocal was absolutely awful. We were already going through an incredibly difficult time—dealing with a flood that left us temporarily displaced. We also suffered the devastating loss of a young child in our family and the hospitalization of my parter, all while staying in our LivinLocal rental.

Instead of compassion or professionalism, Wendy continuously harassed us over trivial matters and even entered the rental while we were away for the funeral. The cleaning service they provide is a complete joke—more like spies than cleaners. They refused to do their job properly and falsified reports just to avoid their responsibilities.

I would rather commute from Edmonton every day than ever rent from them again

We stayed in a LivinLocal apartment for 6 months through an insurance claim due to a flood in our own home. The staff are wonderful! Wendy was so helpful in securing a place for us to stay that was still close to our workplaces. Cyrus promptly responded to any issues we had (stove top needed servicing at one point) and best of all, they direct billed our insurance. Can’t say enough good things about this rental company. Highly recommend if you’re ever displaced from your own home. Thanks for everything!

Awesome agency with great customer service and support. These guys genuinely care. Elevators broke down in the building the week of the move out and we were on the 29th floor...not only did they let us stay longer to help us with the move but they pulled every lever possible: talked to building management to enlist their support, offered an open ended timeline based on our needs, and if all else failed they even offered to help us by sending movers. Above and beyond. Thank you Jennifer, Wendy and Cyrus for making us feel at home staying with you!!

We were “homeless” for 9 months due to a fire. LivinLocal found us a very nice condo with a great view! The were quick to assist us when issues arose and everything was settled to our satisfaction. Cleaning was provided every 2 weeks and the bed linens and towels were laundered. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would not hesitate to recommend LivinLocal!

LivinLocal has very high standards about their suites and knows what is needed for their residents to feel at home. They are industry leading and know the field inside and out. Wendy and her team had my furnished condo rented within days of my handing over the keys and have had full occupancy with very swift turn around since. The admin team is extremely responsive and everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. All of the paperwork required by my strata for tenant turn over has been submitted seamlessly by LivinLocal, and the invoicing they provide makes my taxes easier. LivinLocal provided our temporary accommodation when we moved to Canada. Peter was an exceptional host, he waited for us to let in the apartment building. He knew that we had a long drive and were exhausted, so he swiftly got the paper work done and let us be. While Covid measures were still in place, he still made every accommodation to restock linens and towels. He also provided restaurant suggestions, every time we go for dinner at Anton's Pasta, we are reminded of Peter. Thanks for the exceptional service!
