The one thing that I like this app that you can reach out the potential tenants too. I got a complimentary one-on-one zoom session with Nathalie Thibault. This was a good service from Liv.Rent. I got so much tips and support from her. She's really going above and beyond. I used the psychological pricing as per her suggestion and upgraded my app for a growth plan. Since we bought our house 3 years ago--and I suddenly found myself as a reluctant landlord--I have found all my tenants through live.rent and they so far have all been great. Even if they might have been directed over from my syndicated listings on Facebook or Craigslist (yes, you can get liv.rent to syndicate and manage your listing on other platforms!), I find that renters who make the effort to come over to liv.rent and get themselves verified are generally much more serious, promising leads than those coming through any other platform.
