Absolutely terrible organization and bad attitude from these guys. Very rude customer service. You better hope you don’t need your parts soon, the proper parts your ordered, or depend on receiving parts when they say you will. No one knows what’s going on over at LKQ. We are a big autobody shop and we won’t be doing any more work with LKQ. Had to get an employe to drive to Ponoka from Calgary just to grab our parts after getting wrong parts multiple times and a whole bunch of phone calls and beating around the bush. This company needs internal restructuring. No more business from us ever again.

Staff behavior is not good and unprofessional. Often, when you place an order, you have to call repeatedly, and every time one of the employees answers you and tells you, “I did not find your order in the system,” and sometimes we ask for a spare part, and he tells you that there is nothing, just because he does not want to bother searching for it. I called a while ago, and an employee answered and put me on hold. It took more than 20 minutes until the line was automatically disconnected. This is the fourth time I have called, and they deliberately disconnected the line
