I've had a great experience buying my first home with Lorri. She was very clear with me about what was going on and what would happen next. She had good recommendations for everyone else we needed to get involved (mortgage broker, inspector, lawyer, engineer). She paid attention to what I needed and checked in with me to make sure I knew what the status was on everything, or if I had questions. She was clear and knowledgeable about the financial needs a house might have as a fixer-upper. I absolutely loved working with her.

We have used Lorri twice now, once for buying and once for selling. She has a good eye for details in a house in terms of things that sellers may have done in the past to their home or may be trying to hide or gloss over. She seems to know the market quite well and shows that with the comparable homes in the area. She sold our house in one day for asking price. Our only critique and the reason for a 4 and not a 5 star review is that we think that she could have been a bit more aggressive on our asking price when selling and negotiating a lower price on the house we bought in 2018, but that also falls on us at the end of the day. In short though, she is a strong realtor and knows her stuff.
