I contacted Louise in September about a west end Bungalow she had listed.From that initial contact ,she politely asked if she could send me any appropriate new listings.We zeroed in on my parameters, and she did a perfect job ,rarely sending me anything but listings that were a direct match .
I was very specific about the style of home,as well as the location so it took a couple months ,and then a listing came up on a Sunday .Long story short,we saw it at 10 am on Monday ,and had an offer accepted that night !!
I found Louise to be very accommodating for the few physical viewings i wanted ,as well as being respectful of my schedule .She seemed to get along well with the other agents,thereby making viewing arrangements easily.
