5/27/24: Ordered a "New" Ariens Ikon 60 inch Zero Turn mower last week, it got delivered today. The condition was completely unacceptable, to start, it was last year's model and we are in the middle of 2024 so to receive a 2023 model was not a good start and it showed there was rust EVERYWHERE along with alot of dings and scratches, and extremely dirty and in poor condition, it almost looks used. I called Lowes immediately and instead of coming right back and picking it up I had to schedule a new pick up date which is infuriating because now this mower has to take up space in my driveway for the next couple days on a pallet and it's unusable, at-least I refuse to use it. For Lowe's to try and pull one over on a Veteran on Memorial day weekend is also infuriating. I won't be shopping at Lowe's anymore after this unless it's a very last resort.
Update #1 5/29/24: Lowe's responded to my review instructing me to contact the generic customer service line and the girl I spoke to had no clue about this review response, the only thing she could do was put me into contact with the local store manager to schedule a new pick up date since Lowe's did not show for the originally scheduled Return pick up which is now turning into a big ordeal for a simple return. Needless to say, I'm more upset today over the missed pick up last night and zero communication that they were not coming than I am about the original problem. Get your stuff together Lowe's because you're about to lose a substantial amount of paying customers who spend ALOT of money at your stores, but from what I've seen so far the bar is set pretty low and my hopes are low.
Update #2 The local store manager did not reach out to me within 24 hours so I contacted customer service AGAIN and I asked to speak with one of their managers and Tiffany decided it was better to just hang up on me. So this is great, I still have a lawn mower sitting in my driveway that I do not want and I am NOT paying for and Lowe's Customer Service and management is incapable, incompetent, or both... I'm about to just get a lawyer.

I get a lot of stuff here. Always in stock. Special orders have been prompt. Returns are now very easy and veterans discount is very much appreciated. Garden center usually has what we want. Oh, paint is excellent. Just had the entire house painted and contractor used paint from Lowe's. Sure looks good now.

While I love their flowers and mulch, I was upset when told they would be out to help us load 15 bags into my vehicle at the stand at loading. Surprise no one, waited 5 minutes, honked. Guy who checked me out, looked at me, saw no one was there so he did nothing. We then loaded our own bags of much. Very disappointed Lowes. ?

Patty in the kitchen and bath design center is AMAZING !!! She was so patient with us as we went through the design process with her. And there are so many choices that Lowe’s carries. Then they provided me with a contractor for installation — whom I had a chance to meet because he was in the store to get things organized for the next day. He answered many of my questions right then in the store — perfect!!! Patty walked us through everything and went with us to pay at customer service.
I also found out that Lowe’s will send out someone for free to assess your HVAC options — GREAT!
Lowe’s also carries cedar wood planks that are perfect for replacement boards in an old barn! So glad to be able to buy these boards at Lowe’s!

Another bad experience with pickup at pleasant Valley store in winchester. Terrible experience 100% of time. This time picking up vinyl fencing, extremely long wait for no reason, terrible attitude and carelessness. Liaders do not even respinde to customer service or help load. To top it off the fencing is dirty and needs washing before can install. See pictures. Could have used new pallet of covered and cleaned panels, but chose to get rid if old dirty ones. Stay away from this store

Did not stand behind the products they sell. My pressure washer went bad after 5 hours off use and was an expensive model. They refused to exchange.

Everytime i order vinyl fencing or deck railing they arrive dirty. The customers are not happy. I have wash every piece before installing. They do not store them inside i believe. Bad business for working with contractors.
