I have been living here with my family for 1 year. Yes, the building is old, but Joanne the manager is amazing. Maintenance is awesome. When I need things fixed its getting done right away. Just renewed our lease and would refer to friends.

Lived here for two years. Joanne was absolutely great to deal with as a landlord.
Gord was great a fixing anything needed. The guy that cleans the hallways and entrances does a wonderful job. Love walking into a clean looking and smelling building. Wonderful group there. Thank you 😊

Joanne is best landlord I’ve ever had , extremely reasonable and kind. She’s runs every aspect of the building amazingly . Gord the maintenance man is excellent and skilled . The building cleaner does an amazing job also and keeps the building incredibly clean. All tenants get along well and respect each other , overall definitely worth your money to live here.

I give Joanne, Gord, and cleaner 5 stars for there work ethic and services, the only reason my review says 4/5 is that it is an building built
In early 80s so not as modern as some newer buildings . However the buildings is in great shape and everything runs tip top .

You won’t find a better place anywhere cost wise then for what is charged here .

Joanne is a very good landlord. The maintenance guy is a treat. The only reason I dropped a star is that you have to know what you are getting into. It’s not a five star resort and it is not a big city apartment complex. It is a nice and quiet place to live and has very good people in it.
The property company could do a better job with the place but that isn’t the fault of the managers. The only complaint I could give with the place is the laundry card machine inaccessibility.

The time I have spent at Luminere has been very good. Management is wonderful, Joanne is super friendly and always around to answer any questions I have, and maintenance is quick respond to any request or concern. Would recommend!

We are grateful for our wonderful stay in Luminere Apartment 2. The rent was affordable, we lived comfortably & the manager, Ms. Joanna was approachable & took immediate action to our requests like snow removal in the parking lot. We just left because we moved to other province. Kudos Ms. Joanna!

Before 2 years ago I moved here since 2 year I had no problem from neighbour’s not much issues Best quite place to live in morinville . Also it’s Very near by from grocery store and gas station. I got all support I needed from land lord Joanne she is very helpful and supportive.

The landlord Joanna and the husband are nice person. They are very humble. If there are things to be repair in your unit, they will do it as soon as they can even its very late night they answered their personal phone calls.
