Had a wonderful experience living at Lynnmour Apartments! Sean, the property manager, is incredibly diligent and professional, he genuinely cares about the property and residents. The entire team is friendly and responsive, always quick to address any maintenance requests or questions.
Great location in North Vancouver, well-maintained building, and excellent management. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality rental experience.

We lived at Lynnmour Apartments for three wonderful years. It truly felt like home. The building was always clean, quiet, and well-maintained. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. The strata manager, Sean, and the whole team were kind, helpful, and professional. They took great care of the building and the residents. We also loved our unit and had great neighbors.
Even though we’ve recently moved out because we bought our first home, we will always have great memories of our time there. Thank you to the team for everything!

I've had a great experience living in this building. The staff have always been incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating. Any time we had a request or question, they responded quickly and went out of their way to help.

The building itself is clean and well-maintained. Common areas are regularly cared for, and everything feels secure and organized. Any work that was scheduled—whether maintenance or upgrades—were communicated well ahead of time and the subcontractors were efficient and respectful of the space.

One of the highlights of living here has been the property manager. They've been especially considerate whenever we've needed special accommodations, and have always communicated clearly and thoughtfully. It's clear they care about the residents and want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Overall, a very positive living experience—I’d absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a place where the management truly cares.

Living at Lynnmour Apartments has honestly been such a great experience. From the very beginning, the staff have been amazing—super kind, attentive, and just really on top of everything. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, they’ve responded quickly and always with such a great attitude. You can tell they genuinely care about the people living here.

The building itself is also really lovely. It’s in a quiet area, but still close to everything—buses, grocery stores, and some really great coffee spots. Plus, the amenities are solid, which just makes everyday life more convenient and enjoyable.

All in all, I feel lucky to have found this place. It’s been such a privilege to live here and be looked after so well. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are seniors currently living @ Lynnmour Apartments, North Vancouver.
This is our first ever "google review" but thought it important to share our gratitude for the excellent care & rapport with the Management team here (Sean, Jackson, Sahar) as well as to share our experience with others!
Two years ago, I was awaiting complex orthopaedic surgery whereby I had specific accessibility needs. Lynnmour Apartments fit that description and more.
The Management Team quickly and efficiently accommodated my requirements for other needs within our suite itself.
I must share however that they went above and beyond expectations during one winter when I phoned them on Sunday evening in a panic explaining that the front ramp was icy and I needed to navigate it on my knee scooter in order to get to a medical appointment early Monday morning.
Sean sprang into action shoveling & sanding the entire pathway/ramp multiple times to make sure I would be able to navigate it safely!

The staff at Lynnmour apartments have made us feel so welcome. Nothing is too much of a bother. If we need anything we just contact the building manager and his team. When we have asked for maintenance, they have been prompt. They are friendly and knowledgeable . The building itself is top notch and it is a great place to call home. The position of the building being next to Phibbs exchange is great for travel and we have plenty of local amenities within walking distance.
