I cannot say enough how satisfied we were with the level of service we received from Jeff Lyons. We can’t say enough about the work Jeff did for us. After having a terrible experience with a previous realtor, I have to say I was a bit of a sceptic about the industry. But Jeff was amazing and certainly restored my faith in realtors. We both strongly recommend him!
My husband and I were looking for our dream farm and we’re very particular about what we wanted. Jeff showed us many, many, many properties over the course of a few years. But none of them was quite “our place.” Jeff was patient and helpful and always so kind and encouraging to us. Never pushy. Incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent engagement. Great advice and follow up investigation on adjacent issues. Very easy to work with, provided good challenge and sound rationale and support to get both sale and purchase completed, looking at many many options during the months between selling and finding the right property for us.
