I agree with previous reviews with issues not being dealt with.
I have never, ever lived in a building where it takes forever for things to get fixed. The elevator on our side of the building has been out for almost two weeks, and NOTHING has been done. No communication from management on when the issue is being resolved. Tenants come and go at all hours of the night- lots of loud fights and screaming matches on the weekends with no consideration for others, car alarms going off, little dogs barking for hours, downtown edmonton is quieter than this place at night. We’ve been evacuated twice in three months due to a fire alarm but no fire.
If you like being woken up during the night and having to drop everything when the fire alarm goes off for no apparent reason, then this is the place for you. If not, I suggest finding elsewhere.

My family and I lived at MacEwan Greens for 3 years this year, and I want to say that it has been the absolute best place to live. The landlord, Cindy, is such a sweet, kind, and friendly person. Don’t mistake kind with unprofessional, because she is the most professional and is expert at her job. It is truly rare to find someone who is both understanding and diplomatic that maintains utmost professionalism at all times. MacEwan Greens has found a treasure, so don’t lose her! The apartments, especially in the newer building, are absolutely stunning and have beautiful paint, walls, and floors. The rent is a good price, especially with our economy. I would recommend MacEwan Greens to anyone who asks in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for a beautiful unit to rent with a nice community and amazing landlord, live here.

Management has its moments of greatness, but a lot of issues are not dealt with.

If you like to wake up to fire alarms, every other week this is the place to be. High police presence at the location as well. Rent is a little on the high side for the amount of issues you have to deal with. You can hear everything through the hallways, especially the people above you.

Non stop stomping from people above and urinating from animals getting all over your patio furniture. Just gets brushed off when complained about.

Was great for the first year but got worse with disrespectful tenants over the years. Glad to be out.

If i am ever going to move out of my house and start renting again this would be the place. suites are high quality but still at an affordable cost.
heated floors are great in the winter too.
the only negative thing i can think of are the planes are a bit loud as the airport is with in eyesight but hey, theyre loud anywhere in leduc.

currently live here! absolutely love it! no issues at all with management. they are always super friendly and ready to help with anything! HIGHLY recommend this apartment! large suites, nice finishes, and just a great place to live.

Management is horrible to deal with. She was always very rude and it felt like it was such a hassle anytime I had a question or concern. Even after our lease was up, she was so rude. All communication with this women was awful. The assistant manager is lovely though - friendly, kind and always willing to help!

This place is so well managed! Any little issues are fixed immediately and the management is very friendly and professional. The building is always super clean and very well maintained. We have been here for a year now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

I visited Macewan greens and was spoken to very rudly until I revealed my pay stubs, suddenly, I witnessed a drastic change in her approach and gladly showed an apartment that was not furnished as advertised. The rent had numerous unknown hidden fees, 10-15% above advertised. 6 months later, I moved out with a full 31 days notice. A few weeks later, they sent me 30% of damage deposit, claiming they "repaired the walls". Guess what, I never hung anything or drilled any holes. PROFIT OFF OF MY LOSSES AND AVOID THIS PLACE.
