Terrible experience - Darin was the manager responsible for finding renters for the landlord/ placement. Upon move out, he added items to our "move out agreement" after it was signed. We had a agreed between myself, Darin and the landlord that everything was up to par and that our move out date was mid-month. The new tenants were not able to move in till the 3rd week of the month so they charged myself and my partner for an extra week of rent, when we arent even living there and we signed an agreement!! Dont rent or buy through him, hes shady

RENTERS BEWARE
The treatment my partner and I received moving out of a home being both property managed and sold by Darin was far less than acceptable.

When we moved into the rental home it needed cleaning and had several repairs required. After moving in, we cleaned and fixed the place like it was our own, including landscaping. Even the new buyer commented on how well we had cared for the property.

We were beyond accommodating to the numerous showings when the house was being sold. Upon moving out, Darin told the new owner they could have the house the night before our tenancy ended and pulled the "white glove treatment" on us checking every surface with a wet finger for dust (even though we reminded him we had moved into a dirty house and were leaving it far cleaner than we found it). He nickeled and dimed us over a stolen garage door remote and made getting our damage deposit back challenging. The "icing on the cake" was that Darin then proceeded to "ghost" us (not return a single text or phone call), which was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. We could go on ...... but are trying to keep it brief.

Just finished a lease with Darin and company found the staff to be very courteous and quick to respond to any emails or calls. We requested to end our lease early, and Darin was very accommodating.

He's a busy guy, especially towards the end of the month, but his heart is in the right place and I'm sure that Darin and his staff have everyone's best interest in mind.

Darin mould is the worst property manager I have ever witnessed. The way he presents himself is beyond fake. If anyone was presented an opportunity to work with this man I would highly regard you to go a different direction. When you enter a house that is being presented as a well in doubt living space with no problems at all but aren’t discovered until a lease is already signed. Then you have your first red flag on your hand. Giving some visits with zero notice is full blown illegal and should not be tolerated. Also not responding to your tenants for long periods of time when there is major problems is full on savage and disrespectful. This happened on two separate occasions. Firstly a pipe burst inside the drywall and caused a massive pool of water leaking on to the ground floor. This caused no running water for most taps in the house including the dishwasher and clothing washer. No help was received for just up to 2 weeks. Finally the biggest problem is when there is mold literally inside and outside of your home (ironic I know) and your property manager doesn’t want to deal with the problem. Then he will not respond to multiple emails and texts for a month and a half! Once finally responding we did not receive any help to this mold issue which is absolutely not healthy for anyone living in these conditions. This man is just a disgusting human being for the way he runs this company. Please do not do business with this man thank you.

We hired Darin Mould to complete a one year lease placement for our investment property in Tsawwassen. Here is a laundry list of issues:
- advertised the unit for rent at less than the agreed to rent
- accepted an application, took down the posting, only to have the applicant rescind the application, forcing them to start the search from scratch with reduced time to find a quality candidate
- placed new tenant, only to have the new tenant terminate their lease 19 days into one year fixed lease
- accepted an early termination of lease without our consent and provided inaccurate information to the current tenant
- continued to correspond with the tenant when they were not in a position to do so
- failed to respond to communication requesting a partial refund of lease placement fee
Would not recommend this company and filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.
