Phil Brown was our agent and he exceeded our expectations. He was very prompt in communication, and would provide feedback, suggestions, confirm viewing notifications, and answers to any of our questions. Document signing was also very stress free as he'd explain what documents we were signing in terms anyone could understand. Selling a house can be very stressful and Phil made the experience very easy from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend him if you're looking to buy or sell a house. It was a great pleasure working with Hassan Qureshi. He Was Very persistent in becoming my agent calling Me three months before I even put the house on the market. I had to get stuff done to the house to get it ready for resale and Hassan was always calling checking in on how the process was going and how and if he could help with any sources.
