I currently reside in one of the macro buildings and absolutely love my place ! The area is great, other tenants are quiet and respectful. I find one of great place in Prince Albert to live with family. The application set up process was so easy and wonderful. Manager Blair and Lindsey both are very helpful nature. Whenever, I asked for any minor help, they always there to help me.

I have been there for a year. AC and heat both were not working good. Number of time i complained but did not fix. Blair’s behaviour is horrible. When i left a building he kept $100 because in one draw of kitchen there was 2 pieces of beans when i said i can clean it right now he said your time is over now. I be like do we are playing game ? That time is over you can not take one more chance ? And he said i can not give this apartment on rent tomorrow? Do i don’t know any rules how can you give a apartment on rent next day? No doubt i cleaned it so well still you need to give it final touch? With few excuses you want to keep our money.

The apartment has lots of updates, building is clean and well maintained,, good security and the grounds are well kept. The staff are wonderful and always easy to reach if I have a question or request. The tenants make the place a nice place to live. My cats like to view too.

I currently reside in one of the macro buildings and absolutely love my place ! The area is great, other tenants are quiet and respectful. The application and appointment set up process was so easy and wonderful, Linsey was very helpful and nice. Met with the owner for my viewing and by the time I was done I had keys to my new place ! I’d highly recommend renting with Macro Properties.

My grandma's main floor apartment is convenient because it has no step, it's mostly quiet and secure. Neighbors on the floor are friendly and considerate. The location is conveniently close to the hospital, shopping, banking and fast foods restaurants.

Hi referred a friend of mine to this property. Today I went to make deposit on behalf of my friend. So I ask Blair when would I get a referral money. He goes we dont do that any more. Then Blair says that we dont pay referral to someone outside who dont live with us. Then I was like dont you appreciate business. The next thing he says is that we dont need your friend live with us and refuse to take the deposit. I cant believe what he did. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I had so many of my friend live with him and never ask for referral in past. But instead of saying it no to referral money nicely he went above and beyond and said no he didnt wanted any business and didnt take deposit. Very very poor service. Will never rent from this guy again.

Awful place talking to a guy in the office and he would not rent to me because,I have a babysitter watch my kid 3 days a week he told me no one was allowed to be there more than 72 hours a month, or they would have to be on the lease.he then told me to look elsewhere he wouldn't help me. Pretty high expectations.i asked him so no one that lives in anything you guys run has a babysitter a few days a week, he replied no they don't. I call BS

The Prince Albert, Saskatchewan office has a horrible Manager named Blair H. He does not understand the rules set out by the rentalsman (Saskatchewan Office of Residential Tenancies)
This company issues letters regarding that you require tenant insurance when the rentalsman says otherwise.
This company also increases the rent over and over.
From 675.00 to 835.00 a Month, these companies are only looking to make profit and expand, they do not care about families, people or the community where they take over.
Worst company and managers around.
