Highly recommended! Cheri helped use find our new Vancouver Island home in 2021 in the middle of the pandemic and a during a crazy hot market. Many realtors only seem to want a sale, but Cheri took the time to really understood what we were looking for and to help narrow the market so we looked at only the right houses. After a couple of failed offers (where she kept us on track), Cheri found us the right house and then went to work making sure we got it at a reasonable price and with a good closing schedule. We now have our dream home and are so thankful we met Cheri. We high recommend Cheri Mactier if you want to buy (or sell) in the mid island area.

Brianne went above and beyond to sell our home and find us our dream home.

Buying a house these days is very stressful and that is why we were so grateful to have Cheri Mactier working with us. She was very kind and calm as we navigated the frenetic real estate market. Working with Brianne was amazing! She was highly responsive, always willing to dig to find answers for any of our questions, and had a ton of knowledge about the area. Brianne really listened to what I needed, and didn't pressure me to spend more or settle for something unsuitable. It took a while but we found the right place and she handled difficult sellers (and difficult buyers for my old place) with efficient calm. I would never hesitate to recommend her. She's very personable and very adept.
