Hello everyone,
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
If , anyone moving out , plz make sure you ask for Inspection report at the same time when they come for inspection before you move out.
Else you will end up paying unwanted charges .
In my case , I have to pay $300 for painting (which is not even needed) it was clean & when they came for inspection they told us that your house is the cleanest one we saw. They just told us that you might have to pay only for carpet cleaning $110 , now I have to end up paying $410 on top of lease-break (i.e $1180 ).

So just letting you all know BE AWARE.

NO HOT WATER AGAIN in the apartment in Regina! This is happening EVERY SINGLE WEEK now. We pay rent expecting basic services, and not having hot water is completely unacceptable. This needs to be fixed PERMANENTLY. Renters in Regina, be warned!

We have been living in this community for about two years. Despite having occasional complaints about the noisy neighbours, which could be a problem in any community depending on your neighbour, we found the management team very responsible and helpful. Whenever we reach out, they are responsive. Overall, as the old saying "you get what you pay for" explains correctly I would say the rent is at a reasonable price and the service is above expectations. We are pleased with the management and the service they provide.

There was no option for zero stars or I would’ve chosen that. Zero maintenance. Takes years to get your issue resolved. Worst management. Apartments are in poor condition. Every other day there is some problem in almost every building inclusive of water problem, leakage, etc. I would never recommend to live in these apartments.

Unresponsive and Inefficient Maintenance
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and efficiency from the property management's maintenance team. Despite submitting a maintenance request over a month ago and following up with the property manager, the issue remains unresolved.
The property manager's assurance of prompt action has proven to be empty promises. Repeated attempts to contact the manager, including leaving voicemails, have been met with silence.
Such negligent behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the property management company. I urge them to prioritize tenant concerns and take immediate steps to address outstanding maintenance requests.

Worst experience ever had in my life. Most illiterate staff. They even don’t know how to do service. POOREST MANAGEMENT!!!!!! Never fix anything in the units. Never provide meter readings. Dirtiest!! Poorest!! I would never recommend this place.

Worst Maintenance Service Ever
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the abysmal maintenance service I have received. Despite submitting a maintenance request over a month ago and speaking directly with the property manager, the issue remains unresolved.
The property manager assured me that the problem would be addressed promptly, but unfortunately, this promise has not been fulfilled. Repeated attempts to follow up with the manager, including leaving voicemails, have gone unanswered.
This lack of responsiveness and disregard for tenant concerns is unacceptable. I urge the property management company to take immediate action to rectify this situation and provide adequate maintenance services.

They need to pay attention on the maintenance and management. We have been complaining about the cold water but nothing changed yet , we are still facing the same issue and are tired of complaining, they at least need to monitor basic necessities of the tenants. Poor customer service
