Before we put our home on the market we interviewed three experienced realtors. Maggie was the one that we selected based on her responses, knowledge, professional appearance and attitude. She was well aware of current market conditions and the best way to market our home and country estate property. She made a point of taking notes, asking many questions and took a real interest in getting to know us and our home's features. She then was able to point these out to prospective buyers during showings. When professional photos were taken she selected those which highlighted our property best.
Maggie was available at all times. She would contact us in the evening and on weekends to arrange showings and would provide feedback from these showings within a few days. She was definitely committed to providing excellent service to us.
