To the older guy who was going to move a trailer on the afternoon of December 24th (in which we didn’t know), I’d never recommend anyone doing business here! You were yelling, cursing & swearing at someone trying to find an address for a grocery order was totally uncalled for! The delivery driver was not “parked” nor were they in the way! You could have been patient and given 1 minute. You were not hooked onto the trailer yet either. Shows your lack of professionalism & lack of respect for others. If you can just treat others like that, it’s surprising you’re still in business!

I have dealt with Magnum Trailer Sales LTD a few times now, not on a sales stance but on multiple repairs on a competitors trailer. Megan and Sierra in the office are polite and great to deal with. Phil is personable, accommodating and has a good sense of humor. As for Tom, he must be some sort of "trailer whisperer". Tom managed to sort out all of my trailer wiring/brake issues that I was having on my 8 month old IronBull hydraulic tilt trailer, which shall I say, was cursed off of the showroom floor and tried to light itself up... Unfortunately, the dealership that I purchased it from was not able/willing to help me out to the capacity that the team at Magnum was able to.

In simple terms, great service, good rates, and great people. They will take care of you the way you would expect a small town business to do so.

We recently purchased a trailer from Magnum Trailer Sales. The experience was less than desirable. It was very unprofessional. The head guy was extremely rude and pushy. We made a special 18 hour round trip to pick up the trailer only to find, after on the road with it, that the trailer brakes didnt work.
Wont be dealing there again
