We stayed at The Mai Tai Suite #6. It was absolutely beautiful and had the best location. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner was very attentive and periodically checked in just to make sure everything was perfect. We loved getting up and running/working out on the causeway and having it right out our front door. The beach pass to Honeymoon Island was so awesome to have. It was so quiet and comfortable at this condo. We will definitely be back. Oh, we also loved having the beach chairs, cooler, and washer/dryer on site for us to use. We even got sweet puppy snuggles out on the patio from some other guests.

This was our first time staying at Mai Tai Suites. Everything was as described, a very clean and well stocked suite! We travel with our dogs, Karen made us feel at home. The pass to Honeymoon Island is a plus if you want to spend time on the beach. We will definitely look to stay again in future travels!

This place has sooo many positives!! VERY clean, close to the Dunedin causeway (free beach area), plus a FREE pass to honeymoon beach (a 5 minute drive ). I have 2 little yorkies and took them to the honeymoon dog beach area—they loved it!!! Everything is top notch and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Karen is a great “hostess” and anticipates any needs one may have.

Our unit was clean and very nicely done.
We loved that there was plenty of spices, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, cleaning products etc.
Felt very homey.
Karen was an excellent hostess and even checked in on us because unfortunately we had to put our fur baby to sleep while there due to complications of surgery.
We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family

Beautiful room!! The groundskeeper/housekeeper deserves a raise she is AMAZING!!! The only thing that would make it better is a pool and some better beach supplies!

The suite was so lovely! Super clean and stocked with everything you could need. The location is perfect - quiet area just a couple minutes to Honeymoon Island but easy to head out to anywhere else. Great restaurants nearby. Perfection! Karen kept in touch to make sure our stay was flawless.

We highly recommend Mai Tai Dunedin Florida! Karen is a delight as a host. She shared several emails in advance with everything you know about local area things to do and resources. She has an incredible app that tells you how to work appliances, TV, etc. and recommendations on places to eat and things to do.

The suite is updated and beautifully done. The bed is nice and firm, the sheets are soft and the kitchen as well stocked for cooking. The unit feels surprisingly spacious and comfortable.

You will receive texts and email check-ins during your stay. Karen is very responsive. I can’t say enough about how great this place is!
