Never a problem with doing business in the bank. The staff is always nice and very accommodating. HOWEVER, of late, trying to do online banking is a bloody nightmare! The site does not let me where I can sign in. How annoying!

I love banking with Mainstreet! The staff is always so friendly and there is never a line up waiting to do banking. The longest I have ever had to wait was 5 mins. If I have any issues with my account either a bank representative contracts me or I get someone asking the phone right away. I would definitely refer a friend to bank at Mainstreet!
