The apartments have never been renovated other than the carpet on some. Everything is over 20 years old and falling apart. When things break, you’re stuck with the cost of repairing it yourself or living without it because you can’t get ahold of anyone to fix/replace. Then when you move out, anything that’s worn out they try to charge you for. Management is horrible. A bunch of scam artists. Fort Saskatchewan is a great place to live, you have options. Don’t let this be one of them. Save yourself the regret and learn from my experience.

This slum should only be considered as a LAST RESORT. Having grown up in Fort Saskatchewan, it is common knowledge that these buildings are not somewhere anybody wants to live. The “management” if you want to call them that, is completely unavailable at any hour. If you need repairs or have an issue. Figure it out yourself and out of your own pocket. Worse more, Mainstreet is a predatory company whose entire business ethos is to take advantage of those in desperate need of housing and vulnerable citizens. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible place to live. My senior mom lived here and they ripped her off. They take advantage of seniors saying they’ve missed or shorted a payment. They’ve been doing this to others as well who are now also moving. There are no maintenance workers or site managers living on site and management is very hard to get ahold of. They do not return calls. Considering the appliances are over 20 years old and nothing is up kept, that’s a huge downfall on top of so many others. Do not move here. It is known to be the worst place to live in fort Sask. Ask anyone who lives or has lived there.

This place has been known for ripping people off on a normal basis. Not only do they rip people off. They also switch management every few months. And when they do, they say that you have not paid anything when you have. And also, when your house is bought back to better condition than when you moved in, they also will not give you back your damage to positive rip-off. Do not do not move here.

Dont trust this company to pay you your damage deposit when you leave. Mainstreet confirmed tha apartment was cleaned above and beyond then ghosted her by phone AND email. She is a low income senior and is now at a loss on how to get her money back. Shameful.
