Nous avons emménagé ici il y a trois mois. Ce qui m'a frappée ? La gentillesse des gens, tant les locataires que le personnel. Tout le monde se salue, se parle. Les jeunes, les moins jeunes, les religieux, les non-religieux, les hommes et les femmes, on se sent reconnu et intégré. Même les chiens sont gentils ! Et je ne blague pas ! L'endroit est bien entretenu, magnifique et agréable à vivre, avec son lobby spacieux et accueillant et sa terrasse superbement aménagée.

Cet édifice à condos est en cours de construction depuis 2018. Il devrait être achevé en 2021. This condominium Building is under construction since 2018. It will be completed in 2021.

At first I did have a disappointing experience trying to get in touch with someone to book a tour or get more information. However, Oxana and her team reached out and made things right. We promptly organized a visit at the location. Our experience with Oxana and the team at the Majestic has been great!

My mother Ellen Rabin has lived in the majestic for 2 years now. She lived during the construction. And was one of the first tenants
I truly find all the doormen who were at the lobby at the time were ,and extremely still are ,very helpful to her
Both my mother and I have known the property manager George since the first day of the opening of the Majestic.
He’s a pleasure to deal with and handles all situations with knowledge , compassion and understanding. He has been very good to my mother in the 2 years she’s been there !

I’ve been a tenant at Majestic since November 2020. The staff is unbelievable and most respectful. The property manager George has been with me since the dawn of construction and is super great. Two small issues if the tenants had a reception room / party room other than the rooftop terrace. The other item is the position of the lit up corner sign. It should have been positioned on an angle so people also see it from rue Vezina. As for the rest keep up the great work.
