DIANE was very rude, she told me to go to another place in Brandon when I was just passing through, I pulled my phone out to video her about why I’m not allowed to get a travel permit there and she threatened to call the cops but long story short she didn’t do anything but walked out for a smoke break and complained to her boss that I was video taping her, best thing I could of done because I got all my stuff done right there with a different lady who was very respectful and nice, Diane do better for yourself and eat a cheeseburger and her boss named LORI made me delete the video in front of her just so I can get my permit and continue on across Canada

Very poor service. Staff member Jana Gross. I didn't even see in person. Didn't inform me that I pay for damages for both vehicles. I always had to either email her or ty & call with questions. Ugh! Needs better training!

Went to the office to discuss my existing claim. Didn't have to wait very long to talk to a claims agent. Waiting now for results. Very friendly staff.

Все гарно. Чудово та круто. Як завжди приємні люди працюють, можуть відповісти та допомогти. Учора здавала перший раз екзамен на дорожчий тест. Не зрозуміло чому такі екзаменатори злі та занадто серйозні, які не радіють життю )) хоча можливо їх не годують )) Але все ж таки я дуже власна за досвід, особливо коли здаєш екзамен вперше в житті ще й дощ. ?️Але все одно я спробувала і буду йти далі! Я впевнена, що все буде добре. дякую вам за такий чудовий досвід. ?

I really have hard time to understand mpi at salvage department employers are public servers. I talk to some of them when i buy a salvage vehicle and They are very rude and arrogant with zero humble attitude. It is really sad. someone should follow up and do something. It is just a common sense to be polite to talk to someone on the other side of the phone.
