Our building has had 5 management companies in three years because the landlord is a total chiszler and these guys are by far the worst. The sanctimonious way they blame the landlord for refusing to do the basics like maintain our roof and fix leaks. Like they aren't acting as an agent thereof it's the height of offensive. Our floors don't get cleaned and their reps are so lazy they leave stains all over the front of the building because they won't use the garbage bins... The absolute worst is the 13 year old communication tactics. If I write to them 90% chance I get ignored.

Manor Management removed the rear garbage bin that has always been at the back of the building. They imposed limits on trash inpsite of their requirements to serve tenants in this style of building with a bin, making sure that all of the dog owners had to amalgamate their dog bags with their once weekly alotted bag of garbage.

Yall learned that some people can't be gaslit?

Great property management company. It’s so hard to find a good reliable team that genuinely cares and takes care of your property. Can’t say enough good things about Dan and Donna. If you’re a real estate investor in the Hamilton region, you must include this company in your business plan.
