Been here for 3 months now, fantastic place. It's close to the highway & Colwood corner, so you got plenty of amenities. Suites are decently soundproof, only complaint is the underground garage... It's excessively dusty for some reason, hopefully it's something they can fix. My educated guess is when they finish construction, it'll be much better.

Been here a few months now and I am quite happy with my suite and the location of the building. Management typically responds quickly and the other residents so far have been very friendly. Same minor complaint as the other on here… the underground parking is very dusty and quickly covers your car.
