I recently reached out to Marcus & Millichap to view a commercial space, where Michelle Chang represented the landlord. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Michelle seemed reluctant to show the property, asking us to wait a few days until another group could attend, citing that she didn’t want to drive 30 minutes just for our viewing.

During the showing, her attitude felt dismissive, and she seemed visibly frustrated, particularly when asking about our financial readiness and business background. The interaction felt unprofessional, as her emotions and frustration were evident despite our polite and respectful approach.

While real estate can be a demanding field, this encounter left a negative impression of Marcus & Millichap and raised concerns about their client service standards. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this company, especially when interacting with Michelle Chang

I recently encountered an advertisement at Langley (200 street and 40 Avenue) location that listed Jack Allpress's number. I've been trying to reach him for the past 7 days via calls and text messages, but he hasn’t had the courtesy to respond or call back. It’s baffling how someone like this even became a realtor—completely unprofessional and clearly lacks the basic skills to handle clients. Extremely disappointing.

Awful customer service. Tried reaching hem about one property no answer on phone and when emailed them about a particular property got information about a competently different location. It been more than 3 weeks chasing these people but no response yet. Feels like its bunch of fake people running this company.

Bad customer service, meeting with agents in the past they look down on you. When you Email you wont get a reply to anything, and when you do its always short 1 worded replies. instead of wanting to help me find a 2nd and 3rd location they reply with "No". Horrible service and will not be using this company moving forward with my chain.
