Retaining Margie was the best decision I could have made, it didn’t feel like retaining an agent, more like having someone who is on your side looking out for your best interest at each step. This was especially important for me as I live away, so I needed eyes and ears on the ground. The work that Margie did was above and beyond what she was retained for, not only is she excellent at dealing with demanding people but organizing others and turning around documents and requests quickly.
Margie advised me to price my Condo to sell, not low balling but a genuine price which would meet the market expectations. It sold quickly, I don’t believe it was because of a low price, it was at a fair price for the person who would want to buy the property, and that’s the kind of honest advice you need.
