When Maria worked on my file to get me a mortgage I had a very little chance to get one due to at least 2  major issues each of them is a good reason to be rejected by the banks (which happened before).
In no time Maria was able to get me a pre-approval to secure my home purchase (which I badly wanted) I was happy with the approval, and everything went well.
But Maria wasn't happy ! she said she didn't feel satisfied with the terms nor the rate, so she kept pushing and digging till she got me a much better approval !
Again I was happy but Maria was not yet !
"As long as we still have some time before the purchase is ready, let me try more" she said. And finally she got me a mortgage that she was satisfied with !
Sorry for the long story, but what I wanted to say is that when you work with Maria, you dont get a broker, you get a fighter that won't get tired even if you do. That goes for both mortgage and real estate as she handled both for me and she was as great on both.
