There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the work Marie did in order to help my mother and I sell my grandmothers home. Marie the Miracle worker is how I could best describe working with her. My grandmothers house was up there in my opinion as one of the most unsellable houses do to lack of paperwork on my mothers end, a defiant ‘tenant’, along side the state of the house. Marie is proof that if there’s a will there’s a way to get your property sold, and sold for the right price…or better! No matter the situation. Marie got my mother and I in touch with the right lawyers to deal with the probate of my grandmothers home who didn’t collect anything until the house was sold, she also arranged affordable and professional contractors to come in and fix up areas in the house to increase the value of the home, arranged large item garbage pick ups for us, and even helped my mother get in touch with the right mortgage company once my grandmothers house was sold in order to find my mother an affordable new home in her price range which she was successful in doing in almost under a week! Marie came in herself to assist countless times to my grandmothers home to help get the house in order both prior to selling it as well as after it was sold so we were ready for moving day. I worked at an upscale coffee shop in Brooklin, Whitby where Marie had clients that were customers of the coffee shop with Million dollar homes, there has only ever been praise spoken about the work Marie does as well as the work she does in order to help clients sell their homes and find them their perfect new home. Marie has proven to take on even the most difficult situations and houses and get them sold such as my grandmothers house. No matter what the value of the home is Marie treats your home as her home and is sure to get it sold for the price you deserve. I again cannot thank Marie enough who went above and beyond for my mother and I during the entire process of selling.
