Our family worked with Mark to purchase a beautiful condo recently. When we began our search in early spring, we had little knowledge of how the market worked, but Mark patiently and quickly got us up to speed and set us up on the real estate portal.
At first, we were so worried about missing a deal that we made an impulsive offer on a place. Mark wisely cautioned us to slow down and reconsider our offer considering market prices in that area.
I know Mark has a full schedule, but he always responded to my texts and questions in a short time frame and made time to show us every property we were curious about. When we found a place we liked, he helped us do our homework and get all the boxes checked.
